1st Day of School

So Sean's first day of school seemed to be a sad one because he wanted his best friend James to come home with him afterwards. He hadn't seen him since June so I think he didn't want to let him go!

Ahhhh. Our annual vacay to the wilderness.

Grandpa gave both Sean and B their own fishing poles. Sean took to fishing - well like a fish takes to water. I can't believe how far he was casting that thing. We still didn't dare put a real hook on it. We wanted to leave with our eyeballs.

Brooke was a little more uncoordinated. And was really just happy to push the button until the weight dropped down and then reel it back again. But they just don't make princess fishing poles like they used to. Had to fix the Chinese POS a few times....

And you can't go fishing without your best baby doll...

Kinda hope my dad never carried us like that...

And there were girly moments. We bought her a tea set in West and she held tea parties all day long...

And we felt bad because Sean was always shooting her with his toy gun. So we bought her a pink one. She got him back.

We went to Old Faithful (or Ol Fafel as I like to call it)

Now act like it's the most amazing thing you've ever seen on earth

And then there were the animals. I saw the most I've ever seen there this time. We did see a wolf but the camera settings were messed up to get a good shot.

We passed by some statues of buffalo in West and Sean slapped it and said, "Stupid cow!!" Couldn't agree more...

I'm going to call this a deer. Chad kept rolling his eyes at me because I was calling all the Elk "deer." They all look the same to me.

And got to see a grizzly on the way out. Kinda wanted to give him a hug.

Poor Chad. We kept searching for the perfect spot for a sunset pic. And I said "oh just pull off here." He says, "NO...Let's go faaarrther...." It paid off to put my patient pants on. Thanks hun.

And this was accidental but I thought it was pretty cool

Loooove setting up shots. I always get some fun ones of half my dumb face...

So there you go. Our trip to Campfire this year was the funnest ever. Except for all the sicknesses we had when we got back. Thanks a lot you stupid parasite. I hope you had fun in my bowels.
